Sense of Ease combines the use of physiotherapy, relaxation, mindfulness, meditation and holistic therapies to deliver integrated rehabilitation of body, mind and spirit.
Founded by a long-standing Physiotherapist, Tai Chi and Meditation practitioner, Angela Morley. Her unique set of skills allows her to offer each client an individualised treatment, which is devised entirely according to the client’s specific needs.
Sense of Ease offers treatment that can be purely physical and carried out through physiotherapy alone. In addition more integrated health and wellness solutions, such as relaxation techniques, body awareness and movement practices, can help prevent reoccurrence of any troublesome, longer term conditions.
Part of the integrated therapy can be delivered through weekly classes. With their origins in Tai Chi, Qi Gong & Zen Yoga, the classes teach aligned yet relaxed postures from which bodily movement and natural breath can flow helping to reduce stress and restore equilibrium.
Mindfulness is something that can be practiced by almost anyone of any age. Whether you are recovering from illness or injury, or you are experiencing a stressful period in your life, these classes can be beneficial for learning how to slow down and restore some balance. There are many small and simple techniques learned here that can easily be transferred to everyday life to improve physical, mental, spiritual and emotional well-being.

“We have had the good fortune to have known and been treated by Angela for the last 10 years. My son for neck problems, my grandson for back problems, My wife and I for back and joint problems, we are over 80 and consider Angela to have enabled us to continue an active life.
We all consider Angela to be the best physiotherapist around. Doreen and I have lately attended a well being group organised by Angela with tai chi, exercise and relaxation which we found excellent. I think any new course Angela arranges will be professionally done and worth a visit.”
