Physiotherapy
Angela is an amazing Physiotherapist/Somatic Practitioner. She is exceedingly good at her job. Angela has empathy and understands exactly the problem and is able to work with you to alleviate your pain. She has a wealth of knowledge and is able to communicate this easily. Angela is the best Physio that I have ever seen… And I have seen a few!

Angela is a first class physiotherapist. I went consistently for 2 years until, unfortunately Angela moved to Yorkshire. She also treated my ninety year old mother for the same time.
Angela treats the whole body as well as the specific problem you may be needing treatment for. I went also for general rebalancing of my body which is much needed with the stresses of modern life, particularly as we come out of the last two very difficult years.
My only wish is that Angela was still in the South of England, but both my mother and I will be going when we are near in Yorkshire.

We have had the good fortune to have known and been treated by Angela for the last 10 years.
My son for neck problems, my grandson for back problems, Doreen and I for back and joint problems, we are over 80 and consider Angela to have enabled us to continue an active life.
We all consider Angela to be the best physiotherapist around.
Doreen and I have lately attended a well being group organised by Angela with tai chi, exercise and relaxation which we found excellent.
I think any new course Angela arranges will be professionally done and worth a visit.

Holistic Health
I was transferred to Angela by my chiropractor. She thought that Craniosacral therapy would be more beneficial to me as I had recently been diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis. I was amazed at just how gentle and soothing this treatment was, yet in the results it achieved, both powerful and life changing. I think of Angela as a miracle worker as it seemed to me that each time I went to her for therapy I came away refreshed, relaxed, with so much less pain as well as most importantly hope. The treatment not only greatly reduced the pain but also changed the way I thought about it and dealt with it between therapy sessions.During the time I was having the treatment I learnt so much about my own body and how my attitude to it could affect it both physically and emotionally.
Angela is caring, intuitive, empathetic and supportive. She listened to my concerns and problems, greatly reduced my stress and anxiety, and with her healing hands worked miracles. I can honestly say she changed my life for the better and she has my respect, admiration and gratitude for the difference she has made to my life.

I had a session with Angela for just some little ‘niggles’ in life, nothing major…the work Angela did allowed some deep patterns to come to the surface in a way that didn’t not feel pushed or inappropriate. She held the energetic space in the perfect way for me. The session met my needs on so many levels, emotionally, physically, spiritually and energetically. When I got off the couch I felt different, an inner relaxation was there, a sense of peace. I hadn’t realised before-hand that I was not feeling these.
I can’t recommend Angela highly enough, she gave me the support, tools and professionalism to move through so much ‘hidden layers’ to allow me to be more at ease within and with who I intrinsically am.

Classes
I just wanted to say, thank you, & how much I enjoyed coming to your sessions & found them enormously beneficial & calming, yet, energising at the same time, exactly what we need during these unprecedented times.

I came to Angela’s class with curiosity; I had heard about Tai Chi and its possibilities for psychological and physical health. Over the period of two years, before I moved abroad, her classes helped to remind me how to live an embodied life; that is, to trust and allow that my body knows what will provide true satisfaction and meaning.
The Qi Gong moves at the beginning of the class help to calm, nourish and focus the mind and the body in preparation for the Tai Chi moves themselves. These seem to incorporate so much of human experience and Angela demonstrates them so gracefully; I felt inspired to find that grace in myself. Every class is a journey of gentle discipline, balance, awareness, acceptance of what is and the freedom to let go of self-criticism.
The lying or sitting meditation is a deeply relaxing and invigorating end to the session. Since damage to wellbeing manifests itself through the body, the psychological healing nature of the sessions comes through the body; through the physical experience of the moving and relaxing. Finally, Angela’s experience with clients means she is good at holding the space for everyone and there is a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere in the class.
